Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities, promote safety and dignity, and engage them through conversation and activities. You will follow care plans and document changes, while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and strong communication with families.

Eligible candidates typically have a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain it, and demonstrate reliability and empathy in a senior care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
