Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on support for residents in a welcoming, respectful environment. You will assist with daily living activities, follow ISP plans, and create meaningful moments for residents of all abilities.

You will engage residents in conversation and activities, support dining, and help maintain a safe, clean community. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
