Job summary

Belmont Village Memphis is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will provide hands‑on care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents thrive in a respectful, safe environment.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and reliable attendance. A CNA license is not required, but relevant caregiving experience or training is welcomed. Evening shift provides opportunities to make a positive impact every day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• English communication skills required, both verbal and written.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and wellbeing.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction.
