Holly Residential Care in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents in an assisted living community. Under supervision of Wellness Director or licensed nurse, you'll follow individual care plans to promote dignity, privacy, and independence.

Daily tasks include aiding with ADLs, mobility, nutrition, medication assistance when trained, vital signs, and timely documentation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiver training completion per regulations.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility per care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to care leadership.
• Provide mealtime support and assist with meals.
• Accurately document care provided and observations.
