Job summary

Gateway Living is hiring Quality Caregivers in Oregon. The role offers 12-hour shifts with a 3 ½ day work period and built-in overtime, plus a starting wage of $15.55 to $21.50 per hour depending on experience. There are $2.00 NOC and $1.25 campus differentials, a $1000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for advancement.

Benefits include education reimbursement, health insurance eligibility, and paid time off. Prior experience isn’t required as on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Agree to work 3 twelve-hour shifts and 1 six-hour shift per week (total 42 hours)
• Pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening
• Obtain and maintain current First Aid and Food Handlers Card
• Maintain the required annual training hours
• Show passion and commitment to Gateway Living and its clients
