Job summary

Assisting Hands ECC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide personalized in-home support to clients across our service area. You will work with our administrative team to ensure quality care, maintain dignity, and help clients with daily living activities.

The role requires CPR/First Aid, Florida AHCA caregiver coursework, and a clean background check. Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends, with flexible scheduling and support from a caring office team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient caregiver with a genuine passion for providing quality care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Florida AHCA required coursework for caregivers (i Alzheimer's, HIV/AIDS, Assistance with Self Admin of Meds, etc).
• Valid Level 2 Background Fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Document client care activities and report changes in client condition to the administrative team.

Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands ECC, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our administrative team and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. 4. Have your own personal vehicle and able to drive to and from clients locations.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, and you will have the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
