Golden Years In-Home Senior Care, based in Sacramento, is seeking dedicated HCA caregivers to join our team in Lincoln, CA. We provide compassionate home care and companionship to seniors in their own homes.

Requirements include active HCA registration with the California Department of Social Services, a TB test, ability to pass a background check, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, with a focus on reliability and respectful, compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with the California Department of Social Services.
• TB test within the last 24 months.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, meal prep, and safe living environments.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document client progress, changes in condition, and report to supervisors as needed.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids as required.
• Offer companionship and maintain a positive, safe, caring environment.

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (commensurate with experience)

We are currently seeking dedicated and caring HCA (Home Care Aide) caregivers to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
