Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Sacramento, CA, is hiring HCA caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors, including personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship. Pay ranges $18-$20 per hour, commensurate with experience, with flexible full-time or part-time shifts.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal prep, documenting client progress, and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with the California Department of Social Services.
• Valid TB test (within the last 24 months).
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, family members, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Ability to lift and assist with transfers, if required.
