Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in California is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will help clients at their homes, ensuring safety, health, and well-being while delivering companionship.
We offer flexible schedules, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, and bonuses for last-minute and weekend shifts. Candidates must meet the requirements listed and be willing to travel within 25 miles.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+.
- 1 year of caregiving experience.
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
