Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care seeks caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team, dedicated to the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes.
You will provide personal care, light housework, meal prep, companionship and mobility support, with flexible shifts in the San Diego area.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and have 1 year of caregiving experience.
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification or ability to obtain through us.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fully vaccinated or with exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray; fingerprint clearance.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.

Your Role:
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
Responsibilities:
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep
- Shopping, errands, companionship
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
Benefits:
- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18-$20/hr)

- Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts available
