Qualifications

• Physically able to assist ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Qualified as a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.).
• Must have a clean driving record and criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of each resident during transportation to medical visits.
• Stay with residents until medical visits are complete.
• Sign in residents upon arrival at doctor’s office.
• Obtain new prescriptions after each visit.
