Vertical Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Transportation Driver to support residents by transporting them to appointments and assisting with daily personal care.

This full-time role requires a valid CNA certification and driver's license, with opportunities to work evenings and Saturdays, participate in a compassionate care team, and access comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid state CNA certification is required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments using facility van.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Document care progress and resident response.
• Assist with mobility and safety during transfers.
