Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in acute care or currently enrolled in a Nursing program
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required
• CNA or CPCT certification preferred or
• CPCT preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Record vital signs and patient data and report to RN/LPN/LVN
• Support patients with activities of daily living and mobility
• Assist with meals, grooming, bathing, and hygiene
• Assist patient positioning and use mobility aids
• Collect samples and monitor glucose as directed
• Maintain infection control and PPE protocols
• Participate in performance improvement and risk management
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies
