No prior experience required; we’ll train you from day one. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, weekend/holiday differential, paid training, and benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Warm, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
• No prior experience required — we train you completely from day one.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and comfortable working in a home care setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide genuine companionship and meaningful engagement every visit.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation.
• Monitor and promptly report changes in client health and well-being.
• Document care notes accurately.
