Home Instead, Inc. is seeking Care Pros to support seniors with daily activities, companionship, and personal care in their homes. Training is provided on day one, and no prior experience is required.

You'll be part of a trusted care team delivering compassionate, reliable service to clients in Crystal Lake, IL and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, providing companionship, light housekeeping, and transportation support, while monitoring client health

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — we train you from day one.
• Caring, reliable, warm personality with a passion for helping others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement during visits.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, transportation.
• Monitor client health and report changes to the office promptly.
