Job summary

Home Instead, Inc. in Champaign, IL is seeking a Care Pro to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors, including personal care and companionship. No prior experience is required as full training is provided to new caregivers.

You'll support daily activities, engage clients meaningfully, and help with light housekeeping, meals, errands, and transportation while reporting health changes and documenting care notes.

Qualifications

• Warm, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
• No prior experience required — training provided.
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and comfortable working in a home care setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement during each visit.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation.
• Monitor and promptly report changes in client health and well-being.
• Document care notes accurately.
