Home Instead seeks a compassionate Companion Care Professional to support seniors in Minnesota with companionship, daily activities, and home help. You will work with clients close to home, offering flexible day, evening or overnight shifts and a variety of schedules.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, and you will join a caring team that values each client’s independence and safety. Competitive pay and ongoing learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• No previous experience necessary - skills training provided
• Flexible Day, Evening or Overnight shifts available with 4, 6, 8 or 10 hour options

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments and help with errands
• Assist with personal cares as needed (bathing/grooming)
