Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a team-oriented setting. You will assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.

Requirements include a high school diploma, state caregiver certification or willingness to obtain, and First Aid/CPR or willingness. Weekend rotation participation is expected.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping (bed-making, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
