Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a part-time Care Partner in Scottsdale, AZ to provide compassionate, individualized care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, help residents remain independent, and support life enrichment programs within a team setting.

Responsibilities include personal care, safety, and maintaining resident dignity, while coordinating with families and healthcare professionals. Weekend rotation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, as needed.
• Provide engagement and companionship to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and tidying rooms as needed.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
