Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote independence, ensure safety and dignity, and work as part of a supportive team to create a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers; fostering engagement through life enrichment programs; light housekeeping; and maintaining open

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver training/certification per state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while adhering to community protocols and safety guidelines.
• Prioritize independence and emotional support through compassionate care and engagement.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
