Job summary

CARE PARTNERS seeks compassionate Care Partners to provide personal care and companionship in a vibrant senior living community. PM shift 2pm–10:30pm.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and observation of health changes, reporting to the Wellness Team. Engage residents in activities and maintain cleanliness, with state licensing where required.

Qualifications

• You will bring a willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• You will bring licensing documentation (if required by your state) and be able to pass a criminal background check.
• You will bring the ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health and document changes; report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities for well-being.
• Communicate with residents, families, teammates, and guests.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain general cleanliness.
