Monarch Communities in Summit, New Jersey, seeks a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate personal care and companionship to residents. The role requires a CNA certification and a high school diploma, with on-site shifts at 41 Springfield Avenue.

Shifts are 7a-3p, with a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including at least one weekend and one holiday shift per month. On-site parking is provided, and on-the-job training is available.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day-to-day care needs and update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
