As an HHA, you will assist clients with daily activities and promote independence. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, reporting changes to the supervising nurse, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting client dignity.

Qualifications

• HHA certification from NJ Board of Nursing is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to supervising nurse.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Support client independence and dignity.
