Job summary

Bay Bluffs is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean and sanitary resident areas in a compassionate, dignity-centered environment. You will follow established policies and schedules to cover resident rooms, bathrooms, bathing areas, and common spaces with attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities include improving efficiency with cleaning products, adhering to infection control, and coordinating with supervisors to adjust schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Limited computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Bay Bluffs' policies and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas.
• Follow daily/periodic cleaning schedules for resident rooms, bathrooms, bathing areas, and common areas.
• Develop efficient use of time and cleaning products; follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Cooperate with supervisor to adapt cleaning schedules to facility needs.
• Respond promptly to calls for housekeeping as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
