Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates restrictions.
• Maintains high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, reflecting love, compassion, and dignity in every interaction.
• Participates in learning opportunities through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
