Covenant Living Communities and Services in Illinois is seeking a Care Attendant Non Certified Will to support residents with daily living activities, meals, and light housekeeping across care levels. You will help with laundry, room upkeep, and dining service, ensuring a compassionate, respectful environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, strong communication skills, and genuine compassion and patience for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with residents and staff.
• Genuine compassion and patience toward senior adults.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, dining services, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
• Support residents with daily activities and laundry, bed making, and room upkeep.
• Assist dietary staff with meal service and ensuring attendance; deliver and return meal trays as needed.
• Provide snacks and nourishment; be cross trained to work in AL, SNF, or memory care.
