Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking caregivers to provide daily living assistance to residents in our Assisted Living Program. You will help with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and emotional support while maintaining residents' dignity.

Responsibilities include documenting care, following schedules, and collaborating with supervisors. A CNA/CHHA license may be required by state, with a focus on compassionate, team-oriented service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficient English to perform duties and communicate in emergencies.
• May require CNA or CHHA license depending on state.
• Basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other daily living activities.
• Follow the schedule of resident needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Respect residents’ confidentiality.
