Encompass Care in Weymouth is seeking a Support Worker to join our team. You will provide high-quality care and support to people with learning disabilities and mental health needs in a compassionate, person-centered way.

Whether experienced or new to care, you will work with a supportive healthcare team, promoting independence, confidentiality, and safeguarding while following Encompass policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and support to people in the setting, including personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, support out in the community and housekeeping.
• Build strong, positive relationships with people, promoting independence and well-being.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe, compassionate environment.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Record and report changes in people's needs or conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding protocols.
• Respect colleagues regardless of age, disability, gender, race, religion, or orientation.
