Qualifications

• 6+ months UK care and support experience.
• Driving licence and access to vehicle is preferred.
• Must be caring, patient and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• No sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness.
• Support independence by helping with community activities and appointments.
• Assist mobility safely using moving and handling techniques.
• Respond calmly to challenging behaviour to maintain a safe environment.
• Help clients achieve goals and fulfilment.
