CARE THE WRIGHT WAY LLC is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support seniors in Gwinnett County and Lawrenceville. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule and up to 40 hours per week, focused on dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

You will assist with hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and medication support, while providing companionship and compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Must be available to work weekdays full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to work in Gwinnett County and Lawrenceville.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
