Care The Wright Way is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in Decatur, GA. You will assist with daily activities, hygiene, light housekeeping, meals, and errands to enhance quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and clear communication; prior caregiving is helpful but not required, and training will be provided. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits including health insurance and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic housekeeping and cooking skills.
• Adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Compassionate, respectful and ethical.
