Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation to the general public up to five days a week, for meals, work, medical, school, social events and other activities requested.
• Performs technical duties of driving a bus and/or van and assisting passengers.
• Will drive in adverse weather and road conditions.
• May have long days for special trips.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist passengers on and off, possibly pushing/pulling a wheelchair.
• Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicles and report any problems to manager.
• Collect fares and ensure money is secured.
