RATP Dev USA is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to join our team. You will serve as a front-line contact, operate buses safely through varied traffic, and assist riders including those with disabilities. Your role supports reliable service and safety for every route.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, adherence to FMCSR guidelines, and coordination with dispatch. This position emphasizes customer care and safety standards across all duties.

Formación

• Must be able to operate all equipment safely, efficiently, and adequately (farebox, lift, radio, emergency equipment, hatches, rear engine compartment).
• Performs pre-trip inspection and completes DVIR per FMCSR guidance.
• Coordinates detour, accident, and incident information with dispatch and follows instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as front-line point of contact to ensure delivery of quality customer service.
• Safely operates buses through light to heavy city and freeway traffic.
• Passengers safely and courteously follow routes and designated stops.
• Complies with federal, state, and local laws on operation of buses, traffic, and safety.
• Assists customers in a safe, friendly, courteous manner, including helping with disabilities and wheelchair lift.
• Promotes safety awareness and follows safety procedures to reduce accidents.
• Operates safety and reporting procedures for all bus equipment and fares.
• Reports accidents or unusual incidents involving RATP Dev vehicles.
