Job summary

RATP Dev USA is seeking Bus Operators to safely transport passengers along designated routes while delivering a professional and welcoming customer experience. The role requires a valid SC Class B CDL with passenger endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass DOT physicals and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid South Carolina Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements.
• Must have a good driving record with no more than two moving violations in 12 months or three in 36 months.
• Must pass DOT Physical, Drug Test, and Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses on designated routes while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
• Provide high-quality customer service and assist passengers, including those with disabilities.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document defects.
• Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and schedules; communicate detours or incidents to dispatch.
• Maintain accurate fare collection and passenger counts; report accidents or issues promptly.
