Job summary

RATP Dev USA in Kentucky is seeking a professional Bus Driver to operate transit buses on fixed routes in compliance with FMCSR and local laws.

You will be the frontline of customer service, assist passengers including with mobility aids, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain safety standards while navigating city and highway traffic. A valid CDL with passenger and air-brake endorsements is required, along with a DOT physical and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CDL with passenger and air-brake endorsements.
• DOT physical, drug test, and background checks required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates buses over fixed routes per rules.
• Provides quality customer service as frontline contact.
• Assists passengers including with disabilities; operates ramp/lift.
• Conducts pre-trip inspections and DVIRs; reports incidents.
• Counts fares and ensures safety procedures.
