Sci Corp seeks a dedicated Transfer Specialist to manage care, removal, and transport of the deceased. You will collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with procedures and safety while driving company vehicles in a respectful, professional manner.

Responsibilities include first-call transfers, interaction with families, and accurate data entry in proprietary software. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of courier/driver experience with direct customer interaction preferred.

Responsabilités

• Safely drives company owned vehicles to perform first call transfer of deceased in compliance with local and state/provincial laws and company policies.
• Cooperates with first responders, Coroner, hospital staff, or Senior Living facility and accommodates their processes and procedures.
• Interacts courteously and professionally with bereaved family members; remains sensitive to environment and follows procedures for transfers of soiled garments or materials.
• Enters deceased event information into proprietary software according to company procedures.
• Transports caskets to airports, care centers, or funeral homes; assists with moving caskets.
