Job summary

Recreate Behavioral Health Network is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients in a safe, supportive environment. You will conduct intakes, orient residents, and act as a role model promoting well-being and belonging.

In this in-person role in Florida, you will transport clients, assist with program activities, and maintain safety while guiding clients along their path to recovery, including introducing the 12 Step Program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Behavioral health experience: 1 year preferred.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and housing intakes, providing a smooth and welcoming experience for new clients
• Seamlessly orient new clients to the facility and residential areas, making them feel at home
• Be a role model and advocate for clients, ensuring their well-being and safety
• Transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring a safe, timely arrival and a comfortable experience
• Adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment, always ready for new challenges
• Share the power of the 12 Step Program, supporting clients on their transformative journeys
• Demonstrate expertise in executing room and bag searches
