Recreate Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients on their path to wellness. You will help maintain a safe, nurturing environment and promote community belonging within the facility.

The role emphasizes intakes, client orientation, advocacy, and assisting with the 12 Step Program, with an emphasis on safety and compassionate care in a housing setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Behavioral health experience: 1 year preferred.
• Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct clinical and housing intakes for new clients.
• Orient new clients to the facility and residential areas.
• Be a role model and advocate for clients’ well-being and safety.
• Transport clients to appointments ensuring safety and timeliness.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle new challenges.
• Support clients with the 12 Step Program during their journeys.
• Demonstrate capability in room and bag searches.
