Starting at $17/hr with paid training, you will work with clinicians and care teams to build skills and stability for clients across adult and youth programs.

This role offers full-time/part-time options, shift differentials for some shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff.

Responsibilities

• Help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients receiving care.
• Assist with admissions, orientations, and safety procedures.
• Lead or assist with group activities and educational sessions.
• Observe, document, and communicate client behaviors to the treatment team.
• Provide transportation support when needed.
• Work closely with nurses, clinicians, and other team members to support treatment plans.
