Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians in Saint Charles, MO to support adults and youth in recovery. No prior behavioral health experience is required, and hands-on, fully paid training is provided.

Starting at $17/hr with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends; benefits for full-time staff; and opportunities for advancement. You will work with clinicians and nurses to create a safe, structured environment, assist with admissions, and help clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior behavioral health experience is required but a desire to help others is essential.
• Good communication skills and reliability are important.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in daily routines and recovery-focused activities.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Lead or assist with group activities and educational sessions.
• Observe and document client behaviors for the treatment team.
• Assist with admissions, orientations, and safety procedures.
• Respond calmly to crisis situations and provide transportation support when needed.
