Responsibilities

• Participate as a integral member of the treatment team and assist in identifying client strengths, needs and preferences.
• Ensure adherence to program expectations and report behaviors to supervisors for effective interventions.
• Adhere to medication policies and work with nursing staff to guarantee compliance.
• Assist in the admission/orientation process and collect vital signs when applicable and urine/lab specimens as needed.
• Educate and support clients in daily activities as required.
• Provide transportation support for clients as needed.
