Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of responsible employment history.
• Must have a Class E driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate as a treatment team member and identify client strengths and needs.
• Ensure program compliance and report behaviors to supervisors for interventions.
• Adhere to medication policies and collaborate with nursing staff for compliance.
• Assist in admission/orientation, including safety checks and specimen collection when applicable.
• Educate and support clients in daily activities as needed.
• Provide transportation assistance to clients as required.
