Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Clear boundaries, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
• Experience in behavioral health, detox, sober living, or residential treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular safety checks and maintain a secure environment.
• Help run the daily schedule and assist during groups, activities, appointments, and transitions.
• Complete shift notes, safety logs, and incident reports accurately.
• Welcome new clients and support early recovery with empathy and accountability.
• Step in quickly to de-escalate and coordinate with clinical teams.
