Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused support in inpatient and outpatient programs.
• Monitor client safety and assist with supervision during activities.
• Record observations and assist with medication logging and self-administration.
• Transport clients as needed; driving is a key part of the role.
• Assist with new client orientation and documentation.
• Respond to crises and participate in regular safety drills.
• Conduct and process urine drug screenings.
