Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Nurse Assistant Training Program preferred.
• Previous experience in Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Mental Health Services, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Relevant healthcare certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under RN supervision.
• Observe and document patient condition, mood, and participation in treatment activities.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient safety and response to interventions.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; secure patient belongings.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to support care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR and communicate updates to the team.
