RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring for a Behavioral Health Unit Clerk in Marion. The role supports Med providers for individuals enrolled in Behavioral Health Office services and reports to the Office Manager or Med Provider.

A High School Diploma or GED is required; CNA certification is preferred but not required. The position emphasizes recovery-focused interventions and community-based support, with duties at the front desk and coordination of appointments and med changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed CNA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reporting changes in clients' condition to the Medical Provider.
• Reporting accidents and incidents to the Director.
• Weighing and measuring clients as instructed; recording vital signs (TPRs).
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments, med changes, hospital discharges with the Medical Provider.
• Pulling Controlled Substance Reports as required.
• Assists with Prescription Assistance Programs as necessary.
• Performs front desk duties as necessary.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (L CNA) certification preferred
