Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years prior experience preferred in Psychiatry and/or related field.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written.
• Education: High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provides one to one observation with continuous visualization to ensure safety.
• Notifies the patient’s nurse of changes in condition.
• Maintains the patient with supervision and remains at all times unless relieved for breaks, meals, or end of shift.
• Initiates patient activities and social interactions in line with the nursing plan of care.
• Maintains a safe and clean patient environment in collaboration with the nursing staff.
• Completes required documentation and competency evaluations as directed.
