Qualifications

• Indiana nursing license as LPN or RN is required.
• At least 1 year of neuropsychiatric or behavioral care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications used with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services and patient assessments in residential programs.
• Administer and reconcile medications; document nursing notes and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff; participate in team meetings.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to policies; maintain accurate records.
