Job summary

Damar Services, LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks an LPN or RN to deliver medical and nursing services on our residential campus. The Nurse will administer medications, perform health assessments, and support care planning for children and young adults with developmental disabilities. Day and overnight shifts are available.

Qualifications

Indiana nursing license (LPN or RN) is required.
Experience with neuropsychiatric or behavioral challenges preferred.
Minimum age 21; valid Indiana driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Deliver medical and nursing services in residential programs.
Administer medications and document administration.
Perform TB testing, immunizations, and related tracking.
Assess clients and collect health data on admission.
Monitor client status and communicate changes to physicians.
Participate in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.
Maintain accurate nursing notes and records.
