You will provide compassionate, nonclinical support to patients, families, visitors, and staff, helping create a welcoming, organized environment from the moment of arrival. Qualifications

• High School diploma or active HS/GED enrollment, or one year of prior work experience in lieu of diploma.
• Healthcare or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Desire to provide compassionate, dependable, organized, service-oriented support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, families, visitors, staff, and physicians
• Answer phones and doors and respond to patient and visitor requests
• Escort visitors, staff, and physicians as needed
• Maintain physical admission and discharge charts
• Order daily supplies for the unit
• Help keep the unit organized and welcoming
• Provide nonclinical support to the team as workflow and priorities change
• Notify Security when assistance is needed
• Perform additional nonclinical duties as requested
